RETURN OF AN UNDAMAGED PRODUCT

An undamaged product must not show any signs of use to be returned. You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to return it. Only catalog products are returnable. In the case of furniture orders with changed dimensions, colors or materials used, returns cannot be made. The customer in Europe bears the cost of transporting the furniture. In order to be returned, an undamaged product must be packed in a way that allows the furniture to be safely returned to our company. If you wish to return the furniture, please inform us info@thalloris.com.

RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCT

Immediately after receiving your shipment, check the product and let us know if anything is missing or damaged in transit. When picking up the furniture by our transport company, you will be asked to fill out a delivery form. If you notice damage to the product during transport or receive a product showing signs of use or mistreatment, please report it. Please ensure that any damage is properly documented. Take a photo of the packaging or describe the condition of the product in detail, preferably in the presence of the carrier, so that we can fairly consider your complaint. Depending on the product and your preferences, we will repair or replace the product with a new one. To submit a complaint, please keep the original packaging of the product.

ORDER CANCELATION

You can cancel your order before it ships and you will get 100% of your money back. Just let us know at info@thalloris.com and we will inform you how to proceed with the cancellation and refund. Products made to special order (changed colors, dimensions, materials) are not subject to cancellation if the production process has started.

COST REIMBURSEMENT

All returns will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request.
